The Effikacy "Helping Hand Program" has been specifically designed to provide counselors, their clients and the local communities where they live with both support services and financial support in a way that enriches their lives.

​​​​​Key Effikacy Capabilities:

• ​Connecting counselors with national research grants, scholarships and other fundings for those who are working within underserved populations.

• Supporting community service programs that allow counselors to engage in impactful, community-focused work.

• Re-allocating a significant percentage of monthly Effikacy revenues towards local community programs that are meaningful to our counselor/client communities.

• Working directly with National programs to support their commitment to helping the underprivileged.
